Booking Terms and Conditions

By Booking residential and commercial house services and garden care with Joe’s Services you agree to the terms and conditions as listed below.

1. The service will be for such house and garden care duties as agreed with the customer at the time of booking.

2. A minimum of 2 hours of cleaning per visit is required at a fee of $80.00 including GST and a minimum of 1 hours of garden care per visit is required at a fee of $40.00 including GST. After hours penalty rates apply those services is required outside business hours.

3. If our service provider required to collect keys from a third party’s address a $20.00 fee will apply.

4. If the customer requires any additional services they must contact us by email or by phone or email. The service provider (cleaner) is not authorised to agree to any changes to the service provided.

5. If the customer requires the cleaner to clean behind or under any heavy items e.g. fridge, the customer will move those items prior to the clean. Our service provider must comply with Health and Safety laws (must not lift more than 20Kg).

Payments

6. The customer will secure or remove any fragile, delicate, breakable or valuable items, including cash prior to commencement of the service.

7. The service provider (cleaner, garderner) is entitled to undertake Picture/photos of premises, sites prior and after of the services.

8. The customer may cancel a service by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice. The customer may also terminate the whole service by giving a two-week advanced notice in writing.

9. The customer agrees to pay a $30.00 cancellation fee per cleaner in the event of a lockout caused by our cleaners being turned away, no one at the premises to let them in or there is a problem with the keys.

10. If the customer is dissatisfied for any reason with the Service provided, they must inform our office within 24 hours of completion of the Service. We will endeavor to solve the problem quickly and efficiently by a partial or full refund, re-supply the service without charge or such other remedy as deemed appropriate by our office.

11. The customer agrees to pay Joe’s Services by the end of service (COD) directly or via Electronic transfer funds (ETF).

12. Note that in Joe’s Bond Cleaning Services there are extras- such as air conditioning, carpet cleaning which is not covered by our Bond Cleaning service. And they attract extra payment. The client must advise if they also require such service.
